IMPORTANT INFORMATION

Invoiced Business Accounts delinquent 90 days will be deactivated. If you wish to reactivate your account, you will be required to fully pay your account balance.

You may not open a new business account to bypass or avoid paying an outstanding Business Account balance. This includes opening an account under a different business name and/or contact person. Accounts with this status will be deactivated immediately and must be fully paid before access is restored. Accounts with two or more Returned Checks (e.g., Non-Sufficient Funds (NSF) or Stop Payment) will require a secured form of payment for monthly invoices.

Invoiced Business Account payment in full is due within 30 days of the Statement Date.

CREATE A BUSINESS ACCOUNT FOR PROPERTY GATEWAY AND/OR SURVEY OAKLAND

Enter all the details below and click Process at the bottom of the page to place your request.

Your request will be reviewed within 5 business days. Please note, government account applications may take longer to complete. Upon acceptance, the person identified on the form will be set up as the business account administrator. This person will be able to set up users within your organization to use any or all products from the list of available products below. Your username and password will be sent to the e-mail address provided in your application.

Property Gateway Account Details

If you are a licensed Real Estate Agent, Appraiser or Insurance Agent and would like to view parcel photographs, you must email a copy of your license to servicecenter@oakgov.com:

Email Subject: Property Gateway Professional License
Email Body: please include your business name along with your name and phone number

Parcel Photographs can be viewed through the Residential Property Profile Subscription product. A subscription fee of $13.00 per will be billed each month the product is used for each licensed professional user. The ability to pay by Credit Card on a per transaction basis is available to all users who do not meet the business account minimum usage requirement.

Survey Oakland Account Details

The Survey Oakland product is limited to licensed professionals only. To activate your account, complete all 3 steps:

  1. Complete this business account request form
  2. Provide proof of one of the following license types by emailing a copy of your license to servicecenter@oakgov.com.

  3. Email Subject: Survey Oakland Professional License
    Email Body: include your business name along with your name and phone number

    • RLS (Registered Land Surveyor)
    • PS (Professional Surveyor)
    • Professional Engineer
    • Real Estate: Sales Person
    • Real Estate: Associate Broker
    • Real Estate: Broker Individual
    • Landscape Architects: Registered Landscape Architect
    • Landscape Architects: Licensed Landscape Architect
    • Attorney

  4. Pay for the subscription up front. This can be done as soon as you submit your business account request. Survey Oakland is available as a 1-year subscription (October 1 through September 30) for $500. When a new subscription is requested, the cost is prorated as follows:
    • October through December: $500
    • January through March: $375
    • April through June: $250
    • July through September: $125

    You will not receive an invoice for your initial Survey Oakland subscription. Please send a check for the correct prorated amount to complete your account activation:

    The August after you activate your Survey Oakland account, you will receive an invoice to pay for the subsequent year’s subscription. That invoice will be payable by credit card.

HOW TO PAY MY INVOICE?

Use the convenient link provided on your invoice to pay with a credit card. Survey Oakland customers will only receive an annual renewal invoice in August.

Pay by Check

To expedite receipt of your payment, be sure to include your Customer ID and Invoice number on your check.
