Your order may contain items from different departments or units of government. If so, each area will ship only the items ordered from their area. You may receive items at different times (different days) depending on the policies of each individual area. It is our general policy to provide regular mail delivery (ground) free of charge. However, charges may be incurred for items that are large, heavy or otherwise require extra attention when delivering via regular mail. The fees for expedited, or Express, mail items may vary from department to department -- different areas may have different policies or vendors in place for shipping items.
